Frequent Queries
Does the leather change over time?
Yes. Top grain leather naturally softens and develops a rich patina through use. Small variations, creases and tonal changes are part of its character and are highly valued in quality leather furniture.
Is The Merchant Chair comfortable for daily use?
Absolutely. The combination of high-density foam cushioning, a supportive high back and adjustable height makes it well suited to everyday work, reading and study.
How should I care for the leather?
Dust regularly with a soft cloth and clean spills promptly. Applying a quality leather conditioner every 6–12 months will help maintain suppleness and enhance the leather's natural ageing process.
