Frequent Queries

Is polyester velvet durable enough for everyday family use?

Yes. Polyester velvet is chosen for its durability, practicality, and softer maintenance requirements. It performs well in busy homes while maintaining the soft texture and depth that makes velvet appealing.

Is this chair large enough to comfortably curl up in?

Absolutely. The Pembroke is designed as a generously sized 1.5 seat chair, offering extra width and depth compared with a standard armchair, making it ideal for stretching out and relaxing comfortably.

How should I care for polyester velvet upholstery?

Regular light vacuuming with a soft upholstery attachment is recommended to remove dust and maintain the fabric. Like all velvet upholstery, subtle shading and changes in pile direction are normal and form part of the material’s character over time.
