The Marlborough Extension Dining Table is designed for homes where gathering around the table still matters. Crafted from solid mango wood with a softly aged finish, it carries the warmth and character of traditional farmhouse furniture while maintaining a refined, understated profile. The generous proportions and tapered legs give it a lighter presence than many large dining tables, making it feel substantial without overwhelming the room. Whether hosting extended family dinners or quiet Sunday lunches, this is a table built to be lived around for many years to come.
Its extension design allows the table to move comfortably from everyday living to larger occasions, extending from 210cm to either 260cm or 310cm when needed. The natural grain, tonal variation, and handcrafted detailing ensure each piece feels authentic and enduring rather than mass-produced.

Frequent Queries
Will the timber vary from table to table?
Yes. Solid mango wood naturally features variation in grain, tone, knots, and texture. These details are part of what gives each table its individual character and authentic handcrafted appeal.
Is mango wood durable for everyday family use?
Very much so. Mango wood is well suited to dining furniture, offering excellent strength and durability for busy households, regular entertaining, and long-term daily use.
How should I care for the table?
We recommend wiping with a soft damp cloth and avoiding harsh chemical cleaners. Using placemats and coasters will help preserve the finish and allow the timber to age naturally over time.
