Frequent Queries
Will the reclaimed mango wood vary between tables?
Yes. Reclaimed timber naturally features variation in grain, colour, texture, knots, and subtle markings from its previous life. These variations are expected and form part of the authenticity and individuality of each Blackmoor Dining Table.
Is reclaimed mango wood durable enough for everyday family use?
Absolutely. Reclaimed mango wood is valued for both durability and character. The Blackmoor is designed to handle everyday dining, family life, and entertaining while developing additional depth and patina through use.
How should I care for the timber finish?
We recommend regular dusting with a soft dry cloth and promptly wiping away spills or moisture. Using placemats, coasters, and protective pads beneath hot items will help preserve the richness of the Walnut finish while allowing the timber to age naturally over time.
Is assembly required?
To help ensure safe transport and reduce freight risks, minor assembly may be required upon delivery. In most cases, this simply involves attaching the table legs or pedestal base using the supplied hardware and instructions. The process is straightforward and designed to get your Blackmoor Dining Table ready for use with minimal effort.
